You pay in time (and team fatigue)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Without clear and shared rules, teams spend their days <strong>manufacturing reports<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>multiple data extractions,<\/li>\n  <li>manual reprocessing,<\/li>\n  <li>cross-checks,<\/li>\n  <li>competing Excel versions,<\/li>\n  <li>last-minute fixes before Executive Committee meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The result: more time spent <strong>producing the numbers<\/strong> than <strong>acting on them<\/strong>. Performance management turns into an administrative exercise instead of a decision-making lever.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2.
