They need to be able to find the answers to their questions immediately themselves, without being forced to turn to internal departments that can only provide the required information after a certain time lag, in a static report rather than integrated into a dynamic analysis. On the other hand, they do not want to be forced to use banking platforms themselves, whose complexity prevents easy access to the information that executives are interested in. Solutions for Finance 3.1 is the dynamic steering tool designed for banking executives that addresses the challenges of their industry.\n\n&#8220;The data is out there, but it&#8217;s all over the place,&#8221; says C\u00e9dric Aeberli. This suite processes the data that managers need, regardless of its source, an Excel spreadsheet (very common in the banking sector) or a banking solution. &#8220;Solutions for Finance 3.1 can be integrated on all common platforms. But the sources it can exploit are much broader. A CRM system, for example, is just as much a source of data for us as information from the front or back office.\nSolutions for Finance can therefore also be a sales support. It all depends on what the customer wants to do with it, what functionalities they want, and also offers the possibility of presenting the same information in several different ways, depending on the user,&#8221; insists C\u00e9dric Aeberli.\n\nVersion 3.1 significantly improves the dynamic display of results. It also meets the requirements of responsive design: whether on a desktop computer, a tablet or a smartphone, the presentation of the results allows managers to have a clear and immediate view of the situation. A figure alone is not useful: &#8220;it is the context that we give it that must be the most adapted to the client&#8217;s situation&#8221;, explains the CEO of Integraal Solutions.\n\nA light version, which C\u00e9dric Aeberli calls &#8220;starter&#8221;, allows bank managers to get an idea of the functionalities of the Solutions for Finance 3.1 suite: &#8220;We install a real application, a first dashboard close to the final solution. All customers who have installed it so far have ended up adopting the suite. But the trial version could be uninstalled without a trace if the customer made a negative decision.\nThis &#8220;starter&#8221; version has advantages for the customers &#8211; an overview of the possible functionalities without being intrusive &#8211; as well as for Integraal Solutions: &#8220;It first allows the customer to see how this suite could look like. For our part, we can familiarise ourselves with the systems we need to integrate. In the event of adoption, there are hardly any surprises, as a large part of the integration work and adaptation to the client&#8217;s requirements has already been done and identified.&#8221;\n\nThis approach is indicative of Integraal Solutions&#8217; philosophy, which is practical, business-oriented, and wants to find answers to the questions managers ask themselves, rather than defining themselves primarily as IT people. &#8220;We need to have something simple and easy to use,&#8221; says C\u00e9dric Aeberli.
