The organization operates on S2i Azqore. Access to data was difficult. Teams relied on existing exports, supplemented by manual extractions from the banking application. An initial attempt with internal dashboards had revealed the realities of maintenance: scattered rules, time-consuming processes and inconsistent results. After two to three years, management decided to adopt a solution designed for Wealth Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The arrival of Integraal changed the dynamic. In less than ten days, the Integraal Engine integrated data in different formats into a repository designed for private banking. An MIS cockpit was presented to management, using the bank\u2019s own data, on its own infrastructure. The value became immediately clear. Management reporting becomes fluid, margin analysis clearer and preparation for governance meetings faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefits have been confirmed over time. The solution is sustainable and scalable, supported by a community of Wealth Management users. The \u201cservice in one day\u201d support provides expert responses aligned with business challenges. J-1 cockpits are checked and ready every morning. Decisions are made faster and with greater confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The value is easy to measure. Fewer manual operations, fewer ambiguities, less time lost. Controlled, up-to-date data accessible to all relevant teams.
